Since life is a bit crazy right now...our Easter present/card to you is going to be the unseen (and some unedited) photo shoot of the Nativity that we did at Christmas time. We only ever shared 3 of the pictures with y'all when we sent out our Christmas letter.
I am looking forward to reteaching Emma all about how Easter is celebrating the Resurrection of our Saviour, Jesus Christ, and how important that event was and is. And how all the bunny, eggs, and spring stuff symbolizes the resurrection... the "new birth" of animals in the spring, the bunnies, eggs (new chics), blooming of spring season and flowers/grass/etc. all represent new life/rebirth and the resurrection of Jesus Christ. My parents did a great job of teaching us why we celebrate these holidays and the significance they have on all of our lives- I want to do the same for our children. PLUS I love any excuse to have lots of chocolate...but really- who needs an excuse?!

you are such a great mom! even being so sick you do so many important things for your kiddos. i think i barely got out the "meaning of easter" while making the beds
