Camping during August in this part of Texas would be a very, very cruel form of torture...so instead we had an indoor camp out when Miss Emilie was here because she said she wanted to go camping. It was complete with a tent, busy picnic table cloth, marshmallows, graham crackers, Hershey bars, and hot chocolate.
Even Ethan got in on the fun... with his first graham cracker and bites of Hershey bar. YUM!
(okay see how my eyebrows are filled in w/ makeup- brown eyeshadow applied w/ angle brush? a lot of women do this. well one day emilie was watching me do my make up and asked why i was doing that and then she told me that it makes me look angry. ha ha i love how honest kids are with their thoughts/opinions.)

hey laura- in that bottom picture...the one where you are sharing the food with ethan....are you angry? oh wait...no..no...it must just be the eyebrows LOL :) that's ok....dallin always tells me i have a huge bum...AND two big things and a big belly. hmmm....
So fun! You are the greatest Mom ever! You all have so much fun. :)
As for first sugar foods.....my Mom fed Zach funnel cake at Sea World. Zachy liked it alot!!!!!
Has your temps gone down yet? Driving back home from a Cali road trip, we went through 113' weather! Zach had to wear his sun hat in the car! It's now thunderstorms and rain. Much better!
