2nd Thanksgiving :)

Yep, in our family we regularly get to celebrate holidays multiple times :) We had our 2nd Thanksgiving in Boerne with the Mickelsen Family and Oma & Opa (my dad and mom). My dad treated us all to a meal at a local restaurant and Kyle made lots of yummy baked goods. However, this year the Thanksgiving food wasn't the "main" thanksgiving attraction... playing ROCK BAND on the Wii was! We all totally rocked out and had a blast. Fun, fun, fun!

The other really cool thing is that Kyle, Austin, Emilie, Sam, and Jayne got to meet Ethan for the 1st time. They were all so sweet to him. Austin and Sam especially loved Ethan... wanted to hold him a lot. We also got to attend a baptism of a Mom and her son at which Rachel gave a little talk about the Holy Ghost. I love going to baptisms because it always reminds me of the day I was baptized. I am just so thankful to be a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.

Last but not least, we attended the Dickens on Main event in Boerne where Emma got to play in some snow! Well, it was not real snow, but it was fun that they made a little area of ice/snow for the kids to pay and play in for a little bit. We loved spending the weekend in Boerne with my family. Emma loves her cousins so much and had a wonderful time playing with them. Click here to see all the pictures.
